Delivery

What is the charge for delivery?

The charge for delivery is what we are charged by the courier. For a small parcel to a UK address this is £3.50 + VAT (£4.20). The charge is fixed up to 2kg.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery is often next working day and is guaranteed to be with you within 72 hours.

If you are not home at the time they call, the courier will leave you a contact note. You can arrange a time of your choosing for re-delivery. Just give the courier a call or send an email.

Please note we cannot arrange this on your behalf. The courier (rightly) will only deal with the recipient.

Can I specify a delivery day?

Not at this time, though we are hoping that this option becomes available in the future.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

The courier delivers Monday to Friday. An order placed on Friday will arrive on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

Does the recipient need to be in?

A signature is required; so someone needs to be present at the recipient’s address. You may – if you prefer – leave a note asking for the delivery to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If we deliver to a safe place or a neighbour then the courier will put a card through the recipient’s letterbox detailing the location of the parcel.

How do I track my parcel?

Our courier will track a parcel only if instructed by us (the sender). If after 3 working days you have not received your parcel please contact us. We will chase the courier on your behalf and, of course, keep you informed of our progress.

Should you (the recipient) sign for a parcel if it appears to be damaged?

Yes. Don’t refuse delivery, but contact us (the sender) in the event the parcel is damaged. We will file a claim for loss or damage from the courier. For more information please read our Terms & Conditions.

Compensation & Damaged Items

If my order is damaged how much compensation is offered?

We offer standard compensation to a maximum of £50, including the cost of delivery.

Do I get compensation for late delivery?

There is no compensation related to late delivery. It is our commitment to process your order and instruct for the courier company to collect your goods. We are not able to accept responsibility for a delay from the courier.

When can I make a claim?

A claim must be submitted within 28 days of collection

How long will it take to process my claim?

We will give priority to a claim. It is our aim to complete a claim within 2 weeks from its receipt. We will keep you informed during the process.
