The region of Darjeeling sits high up on the Lesser Himalaya. Here, at more than 1200 metres, the climate is cooler and rainfall is plentiful.

These conditions produce a tea that is more gentle and subtle. For its subtlety Darjeeling is often referred to as the Champagne of Tea’.

The 2nd Flush produces a deep cup, with flavour that is rich and full.
