Ali Shan

Of the many prized Oolong, Ali Shan is perhaps the most celebrated.

This tea is made by hand on the small farms that sit at high altitude (above 1200m). Here in Nantou County the leaf is carefully guided through a complex process.

This lighter roast produces an astonishingly rich, buttery flavour. Notes of apricot, honey and mango sit alongside.

Fresh and creamy.
