A delicious and crisp blend, Elderflower & Ginger has quickly become one of our most popular infusions.

When ginger is added to a herbal blend, you find it dominates the flavour (and aroma!) leaving you with a cup that tastes only of ginger! This won’t do for us.

In your cup is a careful balance – the strength of ginger root, cardamom and cinnamon with delicate Green Rooibos, elderberry, floral elderflower and mallow blossom. The result is a light infusion beautifully balancing the hint of warm spices. Rich and gentle at once!

You can enjoy Elderflower & Ginger in a variety of ways –
