Chai is famous for its warming spices. We use a traditional blend of ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, fennel and aniseed.  This creates the hot aroma.

To balance the spices, chai demands a strong tea. We use a pure Assam leaf. It is bold, malty and full-flavoured.

Masala Chai (literally Spiced Tea) has its origin as a medicine for healing. The spices are a cornerstone of Ayurvedic teaching and help digestion, circulation and improving mood.

Rich and pungent, this Traditional Chai is delicious black. But we recommend adding warm milt to produce a rich, creamy Chai Latte
